Enrichment Training Modules Overview
Spiritual Enrichment - Motivates women and girls to develop a spiritual foundation to gain inner peace, strength, and hope to achieve a balanced and fulfilled life.
Personal Enrichment - Prepares women and girls to build and gain self-confidence to live an organized and industrious life.
Career Enrichment - Equips women and girls with professional and technology skills to meet the demands of an evolving technology-oriented workforce.
Training Delivery Methods
Training is provided on-line, in a workshop (one-day) format or in a modular format (over several weeks) and is delivered in five methods: Self-Directed Learning, Lecture and Participation, Intensive Hands-on, Self-Paced, and Action Learning.
Spiritual Enrichment Descriptions
Biblical Personality Profiling - This workshop will help individuals assess their behavioral patterns and temperaments, gain valuable insight to different profiles by identifying with Scriptural characters, and their appreciation for others will increase. Workshop participants will learn their 'biblical' behavior patterns through four primary dimensions: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness.
Contented Living - This workshop is planned to place emphasis on the ten principles of growth-contented living to help individuals discover and master the principles of joy, happiness and personal growth.
Life Balance - How has stress affected you in the past? Have you had to take time away from work or your family because you have felt stressed out? You, like millions of others, may have difficulty managing stress in your life. Fortunately, there are techniques you can use to better manage stress, and possibly even lessen the amount of stress you encounter on a daily basis. This workshop will teach you ways of improving your physical and mental well-being, and methods of handling stress in an effective and productive manner.
Good Sex 2.0 - Hooking up, Oral sex, Friends with Benefits, and gay and lesbian relationships is the model of teen sexuality today. And, the need to teach teens about faith, and how sex was ordained by God is a quite a challenge in a world that's saturated with 'liberated sex'. This workshop will teach teens how their sexuality relates to God's plan for their lives in a safe environment. Target audience: Girls age 11 - 18. Parental Approval required.
Head-to-Toe Makeover - An empowering 10 -week 'up-beat' workshop that teaches teen girls how to transform their lives from head to soul. Workshop components: Eight Christ-like character qualities, Weekly "Makeover Challenge" concluding with a "Big Reveal" party. Registration starts August 2010.
Self-Confrontation - This in-depth workshop will teach participants how to approach circumstances, relationships, and situations from a biblical perspective and to experience victory and contentment in life's trials and problems. And, this workshop will empower participants to help others deal with their problems biblically.
Stress Management - Stress is the internal or external force that causes a person to become tense, upset or anxious. This workshop will teach participants how to break the stress cycle, learn stress-relief techniques, and develop stamina to prevent stress.

Basic Literacy Training - This workshop is designed to help women and girls develop and hone their skills in: reading, business math, grammar and writing.
Effective Communication - Most successful people have strong communication skills. This workshop is designed to help participants to conquer communication barriers when attempting to process or express feelings and ideas in verbal or nonverbal messages.
Entrepreneurial Skills Training - This workshop will teach individuals how to assess their entrepreneurial skills, develop an entrepreneurial plan, and learn the methods to develop, implement, and market a new business venture.
Grammar Essentials - This workshop will teach participants how to review the rules of grammar, identify common grammar errors, and refine their business writing style.
Money Management & Investing - The key to economic independence is budgeting, managing, saving, and investing. This workshop will emphasize the importance of planning a budget, managing money inflows and outflows, how to use money management tools to live debt-free, and how women and girls can become savvy investors to create a lucrative future for themselves and their family.
Personality Profiling - A personal profiling workshop that will help individuals capitalize on their strengths, value differences, and work effectively with others.
Self-Esteem Building - This workshop will teach individuals the necessary steps to build their self-esteem, self-confidence, and a healthy feeling about themselves as a "whole" person.
Time Management - Time is a precious commodity. Once it's gone, we cannot bring it back. This workshop will teach individuals how to create a time-management system to suit their individual needs.

Business Etiquette - Failing to exercise business etiquette can jeopardize employment and business opportunities. This workshop will teach etiquette techniques to enhance personal and professional success.
Business Writing - Participants of this workshop will learn the phases of writing to increase their writing speed and improve their quality in content, style, and grammar.
Career Development - This workshop will teach participants how to integrate personal and professional goals with their values and life purpose. Workshop participants will learn a career development process to create a focused, tangible plan to achieve balance in all the important aspects of their life and career.
How to be a Success at Work - Many people fail on the job as a result of little problem-solving skills, new job blues, or difficulty in meeting employer expectations. This workshop will help trainees identify and avoid these problems to improve their effectiveness and success at work.
Interviewing Techniques - Six out of ten people fail to obtain their desired career because of little or no marketing skills. Participants of this workshop teaches individuals what employers are looking for, questions to expect from most interviewers, questions they should ask, interview preparation, and follow-up.
Resume Preparation - This workshop provides step-by-step methods and techniques to develop a professional resume to will land an interview.
